Elsie C. Vasquez is the primary lawyer at her firm and approaches each case with personal attention. She is licensed to practice law in all of the courts of New York Federal Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. The Law Offices of Elsie C. In 1991, Elsie C. Vasquez arrived to the United States from her native Colombia in South America. As an immigrant herself, she understands the naturalization process and has the experience necessary to address the needs of her clients. In 1999, Elsie received her Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Political Science, Philosophy & Sociology from Manhattanville College in Purchase, NY; in 2004, her Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska- School of Law. Elsie‘s experience in immigration law began in her first year as a law student at UN, where she took part in the Immigration Law Clinic and represented immigrants in removal proceedings before the U.S. immigration court.

Elsie has dedicated herself to the practice of U.S. immigration law since 2001 and continues to work tirelessly for immigrants’ rights. She has handled many immigration cases on behalf of clients who have had the desire to become lawful permanent residents and/or citizens of the United States.

Elsie is also fluent in Spanish and conversant in Portuguese.
